Ask it
- What is a Freedom Account?
- A personal, inheritable investment account. Covered social spending is invested for you instead of spent through agencies and NGOs. You own it. You grow it. You pass it on.
- Is this another government program?
- No. It is ownership. The Trust holds capital the Congress cannot raid. You decide education, healthcare, a primary home, utilities, legal defense, and donations.
- Who is eligible?
- Citizens and lawful residents, through a Freedom Identification Number (FIN). Recertification every ten years. Recertification can support an honest Census.
- What about Social Security?
- Social Security enrollment ends December 31, 2027. If you are already enrolled, you keep it — you are among the last. No one new enrolls. January 2028 it is Freedom Accounts only. Everyone else starts with what they have already paid in. The phase-out starts 20 years later, January 2048, and Social Security ends with the last person who enrolled. At 62 you receive what remains in your Freedom Account.
- Can I opt out or split with Social Security?
- No. Everyone gets a Freedom Account. There is no opt-out and no 50/50 blend. If you are already enrolled in Social Security on December 31, 2027, you keep it. January 2028, nobody new is enrolled — Freedom Accounts only. For everyone else, paid-in Social Security is the starting balance — then it goes forward as ownership.
- What happens at 62?
- Living withdrawals begin at 62. You receive what remains in your Freedom Account — the unused, invested balance. Restricted uses apply before 62. Accounts are inheritable.
- Where does the 5% fee go?
- A 5% management fee is split between Treasury and the States for running the Trust and enrollment. The rest is invested in you.
- Why not keep sending money through NGOs?
- For over 80 years the federal government has spent $80 trillion on covered social programs. Too many Americans still struggle. Elites and middlemen got paid. Freedom Accounts lets you donate from your own account to causes you choose.
- What are Freedom Courts?
- Justice that is more equal because legal defense can be paid from your account. Contributions suspend during incarceration. Accountability with a path back.
- What happens to national defense?
- Core federal functions stay funded: national defense, security operations, Homeland Security, interstate commerce, and federal law enforcement. Ineffective social spending is what gets redirected into ownership.
- When does the clock start?
- Social Security enrollment ends December 31, 2027. January 2028 it is Freedom Accounts only. The side-by-side Freedom Account vs. debt clock is modeled from January 1, 2028. It is an illustration, not a guarantee.
- Is Michael a Republican or a Democrat?
- Neither. American, Conservative. No Party Affiliation. For the People and By the People. No party logos. No elite clubs.
