Policy pillars

FREEDOM with rules that keep it honest

FIN. English. Year-round school. Everyone gets an account. Freedom Courts. Donate from your account — not through NGOs.

  1. 01 · Who is in

FIN — citizens and lawful residents

Freedom Identification Number. Eligibility is citizens and lawful residents only. Recertification every decade. Recertification can be used for the Census so only eligible people receive benefits. Own your future.

  2. 02 · Education

Year-round school · English · dollars follow the student

Families pay for K–college from Freedom Accounts. If a district is failing, parents can move those dollars under state law. English is the common language of opportunity. Incentives include higher teacher pay, with a goal of $90,000 a year for year-round school.

  3. 03 · Retirement

    Everyone gets an account

No opt-out. No blend. Every citizen and lawful resident gets a Freedom Account. Social Security enrollment ends December 31, 2027 — whoever is already enrolled is the last person in, and they keep it. No new enrollments. January 2028 it is Freedom Accounts only. The phase-out starts 20 years later, January 2048, and finishes with the last person who enrolled. At 62, you receive what remains.

  4. 04 · Healthcare

    You pay. You choose.

Healthcare is paid from your Freedom Account. Remaining balances stay invested. The point is ownership and choice — not another layer of agencies.

  5. 05 · Housing

    A primary home you own

Restricted uses before 62 include a primary residence. Water and electricity can be paid from the account. Funding no longer has to pass through NGOs.

  6. 06 · Justice

    Freedom Courts

Legal defense can be paid from the account so justice is more equal. Convicted citizens have contributions suspended for the term of incarceration. Life sentences are ineligible. Accountability with a path back — not a permanent underclass.

  7. 07 · Charity

Donate from your account — not through NGOs

Covered NGO and grant pass-throughs end. You give from your Freedom Account to causes you actually care about. People choose. Elites do not.

  8. 08 · Trust

National assets, owned by the people

Federal real estate and mineral wealth are listed in a public Real Estate Trust owned by Freedom Accounts. Public access stays the same until Congress authorizes a closing. Sale proceeds return to the Trust. Listed REITs only — no private funds.

Questions

The point

People vs. elites. Ownership vs. government.

Covered social spending becomes an investment in you. Core defense and justice stay with the federal government. Ineffective spending does not get a second life as another agency.
